COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

WE INVITE YOU TO TAKE A TOUR

pass-it-on

Dick Robertson has been a financial adviser and real estate investor for over 25 years.  He organized Robertson-Price, LLC in 1994 to finance a property development project in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Dick then reorganized the firm in 1998 to take advantage of new investment opportunities in Central Oregon.

After acquiring a downtown Redmond building, Robertson-Price identified a need for a centrally located commercial kitchen.  The investors began the process of converting the building into the Busy Chef.

Robertson-Price renovated a commercial building located near Highway 97 and the downtown core in Redmond, Oregon to create a commercial kitchen and event rental location.

The 2,100 sq ft space provides commercial facilities for startup up food based businesses and an event hall for a wide variety of events.

The interior was also remodeled to create meeting and event space.

Future phases of the project will renovate the building exterior to enhance its aesthetic appeal.  A new garden patio area is planned for the south side of the building.

The Robertson-Price Investment Group supports the City of Redmond and the many residents and businesses that add to the richness of the community.
