EVENT SCHEDULES

The Busy Chef Commercial Kitchen is a 2,100 sq ft facility that can be rented for meetings, events, quinceneras, weddings, receptions, parties, baby or wedding showers, baptisms, class reunions, fundraisers or any social event.

Our facility is available for Friday and Saturday events.

For either a Friday or Saturday event, the building is available from 3:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.  All debris and clean up must be completed prior to leaving the facility.

A prep area is included with the event rental.  The kitchen is available for an additional fee with the proper licensing. 

TO BOOK OUR FACILITY, WE REQUIRE

Signed lease agreement ~ Certificate of Insurance ~ $ 100 Non-Refundable deposit upon booking ~ $250 Refundable cleaning deposit ~ Final payment prior to event

Can I have access to the kitchen?

Yes, with an additional charge  

Busy Chef Commercial Kitchen is a fully certified commercial kitchen.  Should your event require access to the kitchen, dry storage, cold storage and scullery, we would be happy to include these for your special event for an additional charge.

Can I decorate the night or day before?

We allow access at 3:00 pm the day of your event. 

However, if the facility is available, we may consider allowing earlier access.

Do you provide security for my event?

No, you must provide your own security.

Do I need insurance?

Yes.  A minimum of $1 million in liability insurance is required. This is a standard amount required for those conducting business on property they do not own.

Can I serve alcohol?

If you are serving alcohol at your event, you are responsible for complying with state, local and federal laws.  A bartender’s license is required to serve alcohol. If you charge for the alcohol served, you must comply with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) and have a one-time permit. We recommend having on-site security at any large scale event serving alcohol.
